Round implants are the most popular and come in four types of protrusions—from low to high. The breasts will be circular and full at their tops. Sagging breasts that need a fuller look would do well with round implants.
Implants shaped like teardrops offer a more natural look because, as with a natural shape, the bottom is fuller than the top. The breasts’ volume is still enhanced; it is just concentrated at the bottom.
